The City of Stone Mountain, Georgia is nestled on the west side of Georgia’s Stone Mountain Park just sixteen miles from downtown Atlanta in DeKalb County.  Founded in 1839, we celebrated our 175th anniversary as a city in 2014.  As you tour our web site we hope you will find many reasons to pay us a visit in person.
